We're tired of looking in DC parenting magazines only to find that a really cool place that's featured is in Chantilly or Wheaton. We're frustrated that the best way to find out about goods and services in our area is by chance. Hollin Hills - 2 9-year-old daughters - we moved here when the girls were 6 months old, and boy were those first couple of years lonely! Met a bunch of very cool moms and dads through the Mt. Vernon Cooperative Preschool, and I'm happy to see more kids in our neighborhood. And I'm happy to see this blog!
